I used to play Final Fantasy XI obsessively with my brothers. This is a Dark Knight from the game.

This started out as a doodle and ended up much more elaborate than I expected. The armor was quite a struggle for me I think mainly due to the lacked of lighting reference.

Done in Painter, Photoshop. About 14 hours total time. I used a picture as reference for the sky.

I must admit I thought his facial expression was a little strange but in the close up it seemed normal again, so maybe it's the resolution

But I like this version more since I can see more of that amazing armour

Very nice DRK ^^ I used to play that game obsessively myself - loved DRK but RDM took the cake for me.. I was too perfectionist to level DRK.. Wanted to have the best gear prior to leveling it lol.
